Guests mingled in the beautiful and elegant Tiffany & Co. store in the Village of Merrick Park enjoying a signature cocktail, the “Tiffany Sapphire”, created by Gala Grand Sponsor Bacardi U.S.A, Inc. just for this event. A variety of delicious hot hors d’oeuvres from Sawa Restaurant were passed as everyone tried on jewelry in the hopes of winning a gift bag from Tiffany. 2010 Legacy Award Honoree Jeannett Slesnick was present with her husband, Coral Gables Mayor Don Slesnick (the award will be presented at the Gala). Foundation Chair Jerry Santeiro spoke as well as Foundation Events Committee Co-Chair Irela Bagué (pictured at left in the middle, Mrs. Slesnick on the left and Elizabeth Kakouris on the right, wife of Coral Gables Museum Chair of the Board of Trustees, George Kakouris).

The event created a lot of anticipation for the french-themed “J’adore Paris” GALA and Cabaret AFTER PARTY set for Friday, October 29th at Comber Hall. Everyone is invited to attend the Gala and/or the After Party. You do not need to be a Foundation member to attend.
