“This award was created to recognize an individual in our community who has gone above and beyond to achieve the mission of the Foundation, ‘to enhance the lives of the people of Coral Gables.’ Bob Fewell has done just that. Aside from his success in real estate, Bob has helped the Museum, Doctors and South Miami Hospitals, Fewell Park, even our archways, having sponsored the one at the Douglas Road entrance to Miracle Mile. He has been recognized by the Chamber, Garden Club, Rotary, and the University of Miami to mention a few. He will tell you Merrick is his idol; I would say Bob is his equal.
