2023 Tour of Kitchens Raises Funds for Culinary Program, Scholarships and Grants
South Florida turned out eagerly again for the Coral Gables Community Foundation’s 14th 2023 Tour of Kitchens, featuring ten beautifully-designed residences with dream-worthy kitchens, each with a restaurant or food sampling station and several must-have products from local vendors.
The opening breakfast and closing gourmet tasting event at The Shops at Merrick Park were packed with foodies as well as families; and special hospitality stations welcomed guests at MG Developer’s The Village at Coral Gables and the Belmont Village Discovery Center.
This year’s Tour kickoff was led by Celebrity Chef Donatella Arpaia, a judge on The Food Network’s Iron Chef America and the force behind Noma Beach at Redfish in Coral Gables.
More than 800 visitors attended the tour this year.
All of the donations from tickets and sponsorships goes directly to the Foundation’s Community Giving and Scholarships Programs.

Celebrating its 14th year, the Tour of Kitchens is a self-guided tour of beautiful homes and kitchens in Coral Gables taking place on Saturday, February 11, 2023. Guests enjoy a fabulous and fun day peeking into beautiful residences while indulging in bites and sips from local restaurants and spirits brands.
Proceeds from the Tour of Kitchens benefit the Foundation’s pivotal outreach efforts including the Culinary Arts program and its students at Coral Gables High School.

Frequent Questions
Where does the Tour start?
The Tour begins at 9 a.m. with the Opening Event in the courtyard at the Shops at Merrick Park. Here you will check in to receive your wristband – required to enter each home – and the Tour of Kitchens program booklet – which contains the map and addresses of all the Tour stops. Parking is available in the garage at Merrick Park. Metered parking is also available on the streets surrounding.
When can I start Touring?
The opening event/registration begins at 9:00 am and ends at 11:00 am. The homes on the Tour open at 10 am.
At 10:00 am, you may begin visiting the stops in any order you choose until 2:30 pm. Each stop will contain a decadent food sample from a local restaurant, kitchen-related items for sale and a stunning table-setting display by a local store for dining room inspiration.
Q. Do I have to print my ticket?
Nope! You can check in at the Opening Event at the Shops at Merrick Park with your email confirmation or just your name. You will then receive your wristband. It is important to keep your wristband on all day as you will not be granted entry into any of the stops without your wristband.
Q. Is transportation provided for the Tour?
No. The Tour of Kitchens is a self-guided tour, therefore you are responsible for your own transportation. However, we offer the following fabulous transportation options so you can take the Tour in style!
Q. What’s the refund policy?
There are no refunds. Your ticket is a charitable donation to the Coral Gables Community Foundation and the Culinary Arts Fund, which provides support and scholarships for the Culinary Arts Program at Coral Gables Senior High School.

Important notes
We regret that we are unable to accommodate wheelchairs or strollers. Children 10+ are not permitted without a ticket. We highly discourage the attendance of children under 10 due to the nature of the event. Alcohol will be served to adults 21+ only. Smoking and pets are not permitted in or around the stops.
